Gluten Free – Milk Free – Organic Eggs
Here are what you need for this recipe
Gluten Free Flour – about 1 cup
Softened Butter – about 100 grams
Half a cup of brown demerara sugar
3 medium free range eggs
I can coconut milk
How To Bake The Cake:
Oven temperature at 160 degrees UK setting.
Mix the butter, sugar and eggs. Set aside.
Put the flour in a bowl, add in milk. Mix then beat. Pour in the butter, sugar and eggs.
Butter the baking tray or tin. Pour in the mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes. Check if the knife comes out clean.
Cool down and transfer to a plate.
Serve with ice cream
